Effective 2026, SYNKGLOBAL will operate certain activities under a shared management framework due to externally held rights and contractual obligations.

Under this framework, SYNKGLOBAL will maintain primary oversight, strategic direction, and operational authority across all social platforms and related activities. Certain collaborations, sponsorships, brand partnerships, and external initiatives will require joint review and approval with the co-managing rights-holder to ensure alignment with governance standards and strategic objectives.

SYNKGLOBAL confirms that all existing schedules, ongoing campaigns, and contractual commitments remain in full effect.

This governance structure has been established to ensure compliance, preserve creative and operational integrity, and maintain transparent coordination with all partners. SYNKGLOBAL remains fully committed to executing its responsibilities with diligence and in accordance with agreed-upon management protocols.
